  • Share your order ID and clear images of the damaged product.

Cancellations

  • Orders, once placed, are considered final and cannot be canceled.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Refund Process

If eligible for a refund (for damaged or defective products only), the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
